Maharashtra HSC result2019:- Maharashtra is a state where the number of schools affiliated to the state board is huge in number. Therefore, the result of Maharashtra state board is the most awaited. Maharashtra state board is one of the oldest state board in India. It was established in 1966.

Each year the state board conducts the board exams of class 10th and class 12th. These board classes are also known as Secondary School Certificate, or SSC and Higher Secondary Certificate, or HSC.

Apart from conducting exam, the board is also responsible for declaring Maharashtra SSC result and Maharashtra HSC result; the board also resolves the issues in the result and conducts the compartment exams.

The board has authority to supervise, regulate and control the affiliated schools in Maharashtra. The board designs the academic and organise board exams for class 10th and 12th.

The announcement of Maharashtra HSC result 2019

Maharashtra HSC exam 2018-19 has started on 20th February 2019. This year around 15 lakh students appeared in the Maharashtra HSC exam 2019. After the exam, the most awaited thing is the result.

Students wait for their result and plan to their further career goals, take admission in various colleges. If the results of the past two years are to be considered then possibly the result will be announced in the first week of June.

Although, it can also be extended by the midweek. However, the date will not be extended from mid- week of June. Therefore, the expected HSC result 2019 Maharashtra board date is 5th – 15th June 2019. We will keep you updated regarding the announcement of Maharashtra HSC result 2019.

Where can students see the result?

Students can see their HSC result in 2019 on the official website of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary & Higher Education. The official website for getting the result is www.mahresult.nic.in. The result will be uploaded on the official website soon after the deceleration of the HSC result 2019.

What is the Qualifying Marks for HSC exam 2019?

Students need to get at least overall 33 per cent to pass the board exam. It is not compulsory for the students to pass individually in practical and written exams. Practical exam is of 30 marks and written exam 70 marks.

Overall a student needs to get 33 per cent. However, the motto of any students should be to get at least above 60 per cent. This will help them to take admission in good colleges for higher education.

Those who will not qualify or fail in a subject or two will get another opportunity to reappear in the exam. They will get another chance to sit in the compartment exam. This will help them to qualify that particular subject. Hence, passing the HSC exam.

The steps of downloading and printing the result are as follows-

  • Go to the official website www.mahresult.nic.in
  • Click on the link available on the website
  • Enter the roll number given on the admit card
  • The result page will be displayed
  • Click on the download button to download the result
  • Take the print out, if required
